TRINITY WAY FZCO is wholly owned (100%) by TARGON CORE INVESTMENT – FZCO.

TARGON CORE INVESTMENT – FZCO is, in turn, wholly owned (100%) by its ultimate beneficial owner, Mr. Sergei Kochergin.
Accordingly, the ownership and control structure of TRINITY WAY DMCC is transparent and based on the corporate records Mr. Sergei Kochergin exercises ultimate ownership and control over TRINITY WAY DMCC through his 100% indirect shareholding.
We hereby inform you that, in accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory requirements of the United Arab Emirates, the name of our company has been changed from TRINITY WAY DMCC to TRINITY WAY FZCO.
For the avoidance of doubt, the designation “FZCO” reflects a change in the legal naming convention and corporate classification adopted by certain UAE free zone authorities. Entities previously registered with the suffix “DMCC” may have subsequently updated their legal names and corporate records to reflect the suffix “FZCO” in accordance with applicable regulations and administrative requirements.
Such change does not, in itself, constitute the creation of a new legal entity, a change of ownership, or a transfer of assets, rights, obligations, or liabilities. Unless otherwise stated in the relevant corporate documents, the entity continues its legal existence under the updated name and registration particulars.
All references to the entity under its former “DMCC” designation and its current “FZCO” designation should therefore be understood as referring to the same legal person, subject to the relevant corporate records and certificates issued by the competent UAE authorities.
